Training, Education and Experience are Our Hallmark
We do 100% QA/QI on every transport.
We operate under a seniority matrix, meaning 2 new EMT’s cannot work together as a crew. There will always be at least at least one partner with at least three months field experience on a crew.
We provide professional development for all staff through our Institute for EMS & Allied Health Professions. All employees must complete the required training for each level of care list on the right. This includes many hours of hands on patient simulation lab training in “real life” situations.
